Wine and Cheese are probably the most edible pleasures known to mankind.
Award Winning Winemaker Keith Rolle has carefully selected 6 of his finest wines to pair with 6 cheeses in a casual, Saturday afternoon in the barrel room at the beach.
We'll taste contrasts like sweet with salty as well as complementary pairings like bold and rustic wine with big, powerful cheese and other wonderful combinations.
It promises to be a fun and educational afternoon of gustation.
