Exotic Chocolate Meets World Class Wine
Back by popular demand, San Diegos master Chocolatier David Bacco joins San Diegos award-winning Winemaker Keith Rolle for an unforgettable evening of Exotic Chocolate and World Class Wine.
This curated event features 6 wines paired with 6 different chocolates from around the world.
Keith will discuss the wine making process and his particular style of wines. You'll learn by tasting! The grapes are sourced from Washington state and from the Sierra Foothills in Amador County California.
David will explain how chocolate is made and demonstrate the nuances that each of the sources bring to the finished product. Again, you'll learn by tasting!
His cacao is sourced from Venezuela, Madagascar, Dominican Republic, Hawaii, Peru, Tanzania, Bolivia, Equador and Ghana.
This event is limited to 30 guests and is expected to sell-out.
