Dr. Bob Abel - Third Friday Astronomy Talk - Life on Mars
Join us for our hour-long Third Friday Astronomy Talks! Here we discuss the ins and outs of our people, our planet, our solar system, and our universe beyond.
This Third Friday showing is a special event featuring Dr. Bob Abel! Dr. Abel is a physics professor at Olympic College and works at the University of Washington on special LSST projects.
Dr. Abel was the mastermind who brought us the LSST conferences in 2015 and he's continuing to bring astronomy education to Bremerton. He will be giving us a show on the possibility of life on Mars.
Show times at 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm & 7:00 pm
Enjoy our family friendly space science exhibits & activities before and after the show in our Exhibit Hall. Local amateur astronomers from the Olympic Astronomical Society will be present to answer your astronomy questions.
