Sitka Salmon Dinner at Found!
Salmonsharesians of Chicagoland,
Gather round.
On Thursday May 18th at 630PM, bring a few of your friendliest friends and pull up a chair as we join Chef Nicole Pederson and Miskatonic Brewing Company at Found Kitchen in Evanston, Illinois, for an evening of craft beer and sustainable seafood.
Chef Pederson will be creating four courses using our wild-caught Alaskan fish and thoughtfully pairing each with a lovely libation from Miskatonic. Tickets are $54/per person (tip and tax additional) and available by emailingFUN@foundkitchen.com.
I will be in attendance to talk about the dinner courses and journey with you into the beautiful waters from which the fish are sourced.
