CoochieCrunch Presents: Nastyyy Women - A Workshop with Rubyyy Jones
We are proud, delighted & excited to bring the effervescent badass Rubyyy Jones back to Bristol with her two hour masterclass!
In times of darkness, confusion and anger it's important to find ways to channel our feelings, energise healing and ground our ascending spirits; this class will be a shake up for the system, combining burlesque, full body exercises and a powerful meditative cool down.
Class Running Order:
The first hour will include warm up, deeper stretching, calisthenics and group exercises. The second hour we will do a routine to a Nastyyy song to really get everything out and flowing! The class will end with a visualisation and breathing section for centering you for the world. You're Welcome!
This class uses burlesque to bring balance to your mind, body and soul and will touch on/use burlesque basics but is NOT an introduction to the art form specifically.
