Chef Talk with Josh Galliano
Join Food Works and chat with Chef Josh Galliano. Josh is an award-winning chef, a passionate advocate for local food, a resident Southern Illinoisan, and currently at Companion Baking in St. Louis. He often cooks local ingredients with southern flavors inspired from his native New Orleans. Recognized with several awards such as Food and Wines Best New Chef: Midwest and multiple nominations for the James Beard-Best Chef in the Midwest, Josh instills a blend of locality, technique, creativity, and reverence for the ingredients in the dishes he creates.
Ticket options include the talk and taste; or the talk and taste with a beer pairing by Scratch.
Doors open at 6 for happy hour; talk begins at 7; tastes thereafter.
