Saiko Sake and Sushi Bar in North Park Presents our third annual sake brewer's dinner! In collaboration with Young's Market Company and Vine Connections, we will be hosting representatives from five different sake breweries in Japan and pairing their sakes with a five-course tasting menu featuring guest chef Ryan Bullock King. This will be a rare opportunity to meet some of the producers and learn about the history and culture of Japan's national drink. The breweries will be:
Yuho, Ishikawa Prefecture
Tensei, Kanagawa Prefecture
Takatenjin, Shizuka Prefecture
Chiyonosono, Kumamoto Prefecture
Rihaku, Shimane Prefecture
