Spring Italian Olive Oil and Wine Dinner

We welcome you to join for us for a wonderfully delightful 4 course Italian dinner featuring Fiore Oil, Olio Taibi organic Sicilian olive oil and DiMillo Imports hand selected Italian wines.

The evening will begin with a classic tasting led by Giuseppe Taibi showcasing his family's award-winning organic Biancolilla and Nocellara olive oils. This will be followed by four courses showcasing the flavors of Italy. Wines have been specially chosen to compliment the dishes accented by the flavors of olive oil and balsamic vinegar from Fiore Oil.

We'll also be providing guests with some background on the olive oils and wine, so it will be an enlightening experience. Pat O'Brien of Fiore Oil, Giuseppe Taibi of Olio Taibi and Mike DiMillo of DiMillo Imports will all share their stories of time spent in Italy whether it be working the harvest or simply living the life!
