A Taste of Italy with Chef Rudy
Spring is in the air and it's time to get out and explore. We are starting off with a new monthly series focusing on cuisines from around the world.
Our first event is at C'era Una Volta where you'll get a taste of Italy. Chef Rudy will prepare 8 culinary presentations for your to enjoy. These dishes will be paired perfectly with 3 types of wine. The Sommelier will educate us on the region and the type of wine being served.
