Beam/Suntory Bourbon Dinner
Join us for an evening with Dave Kearns, Luxury Spirits Specialist and Protector of the Peat for Beam Suntory - makers of whiskies like Maker's Mark, Laphroaig, and Yamazaki. Mr. Kearns has been a long-time lover of whiskey and has trained extensively with master distillers in Kentucky, Scotland, and Japan. It is our please to host him at the 49th State Brewing Company Anchorage for an evening celebrating a truly American spirit!
The event beings at 5:30pm with a cocktail reception, followed by dinner at 6pm. Mr. Kearns will be walking you through the ins and outs of Bourbon whiskey, explaining the history of bourbon, what differentiates a bourbon from other whiskies, and detailing each of the delicious libations you'll be tasting.
Included in admission are light hors d'oeuvres and five bourbons:
Maker's Mark 46, Booker's, Baker's, Basil Hayden's, and Knob Creek Single Barrel.
