Coolship Chaos Exclusive Release Party - Sunday, June 11th
Were releasing our first 100% spontaneously fermented lambic inspired ale and throwing a funky party to celebrate!
Coolship Chaos is a blend of the best barrels from our 2015-2016 coolship season. A traditional lambic-inspired recipe, inoculated with the natural organisms floating in and around the Blendery, and fermented and aged in oak barrels for over a year.
We are really excited about this beer! It is the closest we have come so far to fully following the traditional methods they use in Belgium to create lambics, and it shows in the flavors and aromas.
Heres what you can expect with the purchase of a ticket:
-(2) bottles of Coolship Chaos, only available at this Release Party
-10oz pour of Coolship Chaos
-Brewers Reserve Barrel Tasting - A flight of barrel pours
-(4) 6oz pours of limited Blendery Lambic inspired ales
-Beachwood BBQ bites and morsels
-Plus Ryan Fields, the Blenderys head brewer, will be kicking off the party with a unique & informative session talking about our beers, our process, and our love of the funk.
Tickets are $80 per person.
Only 75 tickets per session.
Tickets are available for two different sessions:
Session 1: 1-4pm
Session 2: 5-8pm
Tickets are limited and go on sale Friday, May 12th at 12pm. Limit 2 tickets per transaction.
