This marks our third vegan Thanksgiving class where we bring the best of traditional flavors and seasonal foods into our own version of a spectacular feast! And the turkeys will thank us later
In this class we will prepare:
- Sweet potato soup cups in croute (baked with a flaky pie topping) - Acorn squash with cranberry quinoa stuffing - Shaved brussel sprout salad with pumpkin spice vinaigrette
All recipes will include a gluten-free variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home.
