Healthy Cooking Class: Fun with Family Meals
Want to instill healthy eating habits while engaging in a positive, fun activity? Cook together! Whether with family, friends, neighbors, co-workers cooking and eating meals together is a key contributor to overall wellness! In this class, we will be making a delicious middle-eastern inspired menu to please many a different taste bud including:
- Classic Tabbouleh
- Chicken Kebabs with Yogurt Dressing
- Banana Berry Sorbet
All recipes will include a vegan and gluten-free variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home. Class size limited to 20 people.
