Craftsman Beer Flight Tasting and Meet the Brewer
Owner/Brewer Mark Jilg will treat us to a flight of six expertly-crafted beers, with presentation and Q&A session. Jilg has been making great beers in Pasadena since the mid 90s. He's one of the most creative brewers in the country, quietly crafting tasty beers in a small warehouse in Pasadena. Expect this to be a mini-seminar on wood-aged beer, sours, styles, the-art-of-beer, and respect for the senses. Few people care more about the craft of brewing than Mark. If you enjoy beer, art, philosophy, and brewers' insight, you will want to join us on the new Tiger! backyard patio.
