JIRO DREAMS OF SUSHI
Few people can say they are Äúthe bestÄù at what they do. Jiro Ono can. This 85-year-old sushi master creates with Zen-like focus his works of art each day in a seeming hole-in-the- wall sushi bar in the Tokyo subway. Sukiyabashi Jiro is the first sushi bar to receive three Michelin stars. This beautifully photographed film shows us the vision, the relentless pursuit of perfection and driving force of this culinary genius. His creations are astonishingly beautiful and mouthwatering, a feast for the eyes and I hope you have a reservation for dinner afterwards.
