On June 16 from 6 to 8 p.m., the Wappingers Historical Society will host "The Spirit of Mesier," at the eighteenth century homestead in Mesier Park. The first of a series of fundraisers featuring gourmet food and drink, the event will initiate the society's efforts to restore the original 1741 portion of the Mesier home. Musical entertainment will be provided. Enjoy gourmet hors d'hoeuvres by Simply Gourmet. Wine pairings provided.
