Montclair Culinary Academy - Knife Skills for Tweens (9-12) & Teens (13-17) Thai Cooking
Knife Skills for Tweens and teens prepare you for a lifetime of confidence in the kitchen. Handling the proper knives and kitchen equipment is essential for all types of cooking. This class is for beginners and more advanced Jr. Chefs.
We will make Chicken and vegetable Pad Thai, Glass Noodles and Rice Paper Spring Rolls!
Please note* This class is non-refundable. If your child is unable to attend, please feel free to send another child of appropriate age in their place.
