MIDDLE EASTERN IN THE MIDDLE WEST
It doesn't get much more Middle Eastern than falafel and hummus. Each country in the Middle East pretty much claims to have invented these delicious chickpea fritters, and each has its own slightly different version. For this dinner we are going for a classic interpretation that even the casual eaters of vegetarian fare will find delightful.
So, for the spring's first collaboration dinner, Sunday Dinner Club is going to serve:
- Classic Falafel
- Za'atar Fry Bread,
- Hummus and Smoked Chili Sauce
- Jerusalem Salad with Yogurt Dressing
- Pecan and Grapefruit Baklava
Half Acre also happens to have just made a beer with Za'atar spice in it... what are the chances?!?!
Tickets include four 10 ounce pours of Half Acre beers.
