Join Seattle's favorite chefs and Washington's most notable winemakers for a memorable evening. This carefully crafted, intimate dinner gives you the opportunity to learn about the meal and its wine pairing directly from the Chef and Winemaker.

Appetizers:
-Harissa deviled eggs with bacon and swiss chard
-Cured meat, chefs selection of Olympia provisions
-Lamb meat balls with tomato jam and mint
-Moonshine corn friends with cheesy heirloom grits and smoked tomato aioli
-Tzatziki with greek yogurt, cukes, herbs and pita
1st Course:
Spring Vegetables
With asparagus, artichoke, carrot, radish, spring onion, honey pink peppercorn, mastic and herbs
2nd Course:
Grilled Branzino
With nettles, cowpeas, millet, olive, gold raisin, herbs, green garlic and citronette
3rd Course:
Grilled Coulotte
With caramelized onion-blue cheese bread pudding, sno-valley mushroom and compound butter
4th Course
Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp
With an oat streusel topping served with vanilla ice cream
