Join Seattle's favorite chefs and Washington's most notable winemakers for a memorable evening. This carefully crafted, intimate dinner gives you the opportunity to learn about the meal and its wine pairing directly from the Chef and Winemaker.
Presented by the Auction of Washington Wines Benefiting: Seattle Childrens Hospital WSU Viticulture & Enology Program Friday, April 21st at 6:30pm Tickets are $150 ea, inclusive of food, wine and service
MENU Appetizers: -Harissa deviled eggs with bacon and swiss chard -Cured meat, chefs selection of Olympia provisions -Lamb meat balls with tomato jam and mint -Moonshine corn friends with cheesy heirloom grits and smoked tomato aioli -Tzatziki with greek yogurt, cukes, herbs and pita
1st Course: Spring Vegetables With asparagus, artichoke, carrot, radish, spring onion, honey pink peppercorn, mastic and herbs
2nd Course: Grilled Branzino With nettles, cowpeas, millet, olive, gold raisin, herbs, green garlic and citronette
3rd Course: Grilled Coulotte With caramelized onion-blue cheese bread pudding, sno-valley mushroom and compound butter
4th Course Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp With an oat streusel topping served with vanilla ice cream
