Join Seattle's favorite chefs and Washington's most notable winemakers for a memorable evening. This carefully crafted, intimate dinner gives you the opportunity to learn about the meal and its wine pairing directly from the Chef and Winemaker.

Appetizers - Baer Shard and Star -Chicken liver parfait with walnut toast and Armagnac prune -Hamachi tartare with preserved lemon, fennel and picholine olive -Burrata crostini with fava bean and basil
1st Course - Baer Shard Neah Bay halibut with Bloomsdale spinach, Meyer lemon, charred leek and pickled clam
2nd Course - Baer Maia Guinea hen and foie gras terrine with rhubarb agro dolce, smoked hazelnuts and miners lettuce
3rd Course - Baer Arctos Wagyu beef cheeks with pommes de terre Robuchon, grilled ramps and morel mushroom sauce
4th Course - Baer Ursa La Cocquette, Black Sheep Creamery Tomme and Dinahs cheese with quince preserve
