Ivar's Northwest Winter Beer Tasting
When the winter chill begins in Seattle, it's a sign for the beer-loving crowd to sample winter brews from ten of the Northwest's most iconic breweries, including Alaskan Brewing Company, Georgetown Brewing Company, Pyramid Breweries, Maritime Pacific Brewing Company, Pike Brewing Company and many more!
Ivar's Acres of Clams invites beer aficionados to stop by to taste some of the flavorful seasonal beers paired with light appetizers. To complement the seasonal brews, the evening's food menu will feature very special beer-friendly bites (see menu below). Meet and mingle with the brewers as you sip through all various selections.

* Uli's French onion sausage slider, winter beer braised sweet onions, horseradish stoneground mustard aioli, and Essential Baking Co baguette crostini
* Gorgonzola risotto fritter, tomato basil garlic sauce
* Cucina Fresca tortellini, Greek olive oil, proscuitto di Parma, basil
* Fried polenta cake, seared rare top sirloin, piquello pepper coulis
