Vegetarian Taco Tuesday with Jess Young
Come and enjoy creative vegetarian tacos and buckets of beer with home chef, Jess Young.
Alaskan born and raised, Jess Young has been in and out of kitchens for most of her life starting with her grandma's. After graduating from high school she went on to cooking school and has been a baker, cake maker, camp cook, train cook, and itinerant personal chef. These days Jess is a scientist, yoga teacher, and owner of a boutique yoga adventure business called Drift. Currently she is inspired by vegetables and tacos. In this vegetarian pop-up kitchen she brings that love to you with an exploration of tiny tacos and all the fun flavors that come with.
