Partnering for Excellence Cross Training
This training is a two hour overview covering the roll of a care coordinator. This training will also discuss the utilization management process, as well as an overview of the Person Centered Plan. This is a cross training so that local DSS and stakeholder agencies are able to learn more about MCO processes.
