HOUSE SMOKED RICHARDSON FARM PASTURE RAISED SUCKLING PIG! That's right, the whole dang pig. Slow-roasted ginger lime glazed piggy. With black pepper roasted potatoes and cilantro, butter lettuce, fried shallot ands sriracha oil for taco makin'. Served with a tomato cucumber mint salad with fried garlic oil.
