Les Dames d'Escoffier St Louis presents "Passport to Peru: Destination Machu Picchu" A Global Culinary Event
Les Dames d'Escoffier International, St Louis is sponsoring, under our Global Culinary Initiative, a very exciting evening, celebrating the rich culture of Peru and the Machu Picchu region.  You will enjoy the culinary experience of an authentic Peruvian dinner, regional music and performance, all the while surrounded by the culture and color of the fascinating land of Peru.

Proceeds will benefit Operation Food Search, one of the St Louis area's largest food banks whose good works continue to support the St Louis community year after year.  This event also defines the LDEI commitment to serve St Louis through our philanthropy, along with enrichment of lives through dynamic culinary and cultural experiences.
