MALT bus trip 2017
Bus leaves New Carrollton Metro station at 8:30 AM on the Rt. 50 side of station near the Amtrak/MARC station or the New Carrollton Courtyard Marriott and return around 9 PM. We will be visiting Burley Oak Brewery in Berlin, MD, RAR in Cambridge, Eastern Shore Brewing and Lyon Distillery in St. Michaels. We got a special private Lyon Distillery tour.
There will be breakfast items and water provided by MALT on the bus. Beer on the bus will be shared by lots of people on the bus--we always have enough beer. MALT is a homebrew club, so lots of the sharing will be of home brew. There will be plenty of opportunities for patrons to buy food and drink at the stop points on the trip.
MALT has been doing this yearly bus trip for at least 15 years in a row. Two couple have married as a result of prior bus trip. We always have a good time, but are a fairly well behaved group. We haven't got kicked out of an establishment yet.

We have a deal with the New Carrollton Courtyard Marriott for reduced price lodging for those that want to book a hotel following a trip. A good idea for those that might be imbibing on the brewery visits or bus. The Courtyard New Carrollton is located at 8330 Corporate Drive Landover MD 20785 .
