Montclair Culinary Academy - Global Gourmet - Vegetarian Cooking Class
We at MCA are counting down to Spring! Join us as we grab our grill plate and create delicious, gourmet dishes from around the globe!
We begin with Charred Stuffed Peppers with Frekkah and Artichoke from Greece.
Then we will Grill Aubergine, add French lentils and Okra to make Korma from India
with a freshly baked Naan
We round out our offerings with a scrumptious Baked Cauliflower and Goat Cheese Souffle
A Spring Greens Salad is always in order with our freshly prepared vinegarette .
And for our fantastic dessert...Chocolate Lava Cakes with Cocoa from Columbia!
This is a prefect Ladies night out! Or a date night with your favorite guy! Bring a bottle of wine it's a fun evening for all!
