Meetings Without Masks - Brighton

Meetings without Masks is a unique and inspired one-day workshop which encourages a way of meeting the world with confidence, intimacy and authenticity, as well as providing an opportunity for singles to meet and connect in a fun and heart-centred way.

Through structured exercises, the day provides the opportunity to meet like-minded people in an atmosphere that encourages you to be yourself, to relax, to enjoy the process of meeting new people, and learn more about yourself.

Much more than your average dating event, this workshop supports rich learning about love, connection, intimacy and relationships.

Whether you meet your soul mate or not, it is an invitation to enjoy, and maybe risk, being a little (or a lot) more intimate and human and alive. It also serves as an introduction to further work in conscious relationships.

The day is fun, exploratory and uplifting, while being sensitively and compassionately held.

Charlotte is a UKCP registered psychotherapist, creative therapist and coach working with individuals and couples in her London clinics and further afield. She facilitates groups, workshops and retreats in the UK and internationally centered around the themes of intimacy and creativity.
