Brewmaster's Dinner with Chef Adam Pechal
Sactown Union Brewery and Vagabond Chef Adam Pechal present an intimate five-course beer dinner served at the brewery. Beers will be paired with each course, and featured in the food. Tickets for this are extremely limited, and Chef Pechal and our Brewmaster Michael Barker will be on hand to discuss the food and beers.
The menu is still in the works, but there is no doubt it will be epic.
You may have seen him on ABC's "The Taste," but locally born and raised Chef Adam Pechal has been working in restaurants for over half his life. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, Adam worked in Washington, DC and Seattle before moving to Napa and Thomas Keller's Bouchon. Coming back to Sacramento, Adam worked at Esquire Gril, Sammy Chu's and Riverside Clubhouse, eventually opening Tuli Bistro and Restaurant Thir13en.
