Montclair Culinary Academy - French Cooking for Tweens (9-12) & Teens (13-17)
Join us for classical French Cooking for Jr. Chefs with a flair for baking and cooking!
We will be perfecting our baking skills with a fabulous Cheese Souffle, Chocolate Souffles from scratch and fun filled Crepes ! House made whipped cream in a variety of fun flavors and fresh fruit top the charts with this one!
*this class is Vegetarian
This class is great for BFF's , Siblings and just to learn new and fun techniques in the kitchen.
If your child has attended our classes in the past please let us know if they are within 1 year of the suggested ages.
Please note this class is non-refundable due to space and the cost of ingredients.
