St. Patrick's Day with Seattle Chef Joe
Today we are all Irish!
Celebrate St. Patty's Day in Seattle's own Pike Place Market with Seattle Chef Joe. Quick bites and great friends. Wear Green and Pinch Everyone!
The dishes will be:
Crispy Local Salmon Cake over Dill Vinaigrette Dressed Greens.
Corned Beef Coddle & Colcannon w/ Irish Whiskey Mustard, and Sage Potato Rolls.
Irish Brioche Bread Pudding w/ Jameson Caramel Sauce.
We are working on creating the perfect Mocktail (yes, an NonAlcohol beverage) to be served.
Gratuity will be welcomed.
