CTM Short Film Festival
Chelmsford TeleMedia presents the First Annual CTM Short Film Festival. CTM's mission is to promote filmmaking and creative storytelling in and around Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Films will be not more than 30 minutes and two $100 prizes will be awarded in the categories of Documentary and Fiction. All proceeds go towards the CTM Scholarship Fund for Chelmsford Students attending college for film/arts.
