Volunteer Phone Banking for No on Measure S Campaign
APA members , students, planners, and friends are invited to participate in a www.goestoofar.com phone banking event to educate voters to vote No on Measure S.
It is the position of APA Los Angeles that Measure S (also known as the Neighborhood Integrity Initiative) "will significantly restrict the Citys flexibility to change zoning and parking requirements, and to compel the City of Los Angeles to engage in comprehensive planning by placing a two-year moratorium on zone changes and general plan amendments that result in more intense use."
Note: If you cannot participate on February 28, there are additional phone banking and canvassing dates are available up until election day on March 7th. Please contact Xochitl Medrano at 562-656-9059 or xochitl@thelafed.org for additional volunteer opportunities.
