Dinner in the Back Room with Chef Ben Burbank of Spenard Roadhouse
Join us for Chef Ben Burbank's dinner 'Cucina Povera' - Italian Peasant Cooking.
Chef Ben discovered his love of cooking while working at Mad River Glen Ski Resort in his home state of Vermont, and later went on to work in Boston. Chef Ben has worked at Spenard Roadhouse since arriving to spend one summer in Alaska in 2011, and is currently the Sous Chef there. Chef Ben especially enjoys cooking Italian and French food, and loves to tweak classic dishes, creating something unexpected and interesting.
