InCity Worship

Did you know that the oldest standing building in Portland is actually a church? The Old Church Concert Hallhave you heard of it? It is a bit poetic, dont you think, we want to build up community in our city, starting with a night of worship in the place where Christian heritage and tradition still lives. Come join us for our InCity Worship event on March 11 at 7PM as we sing praises and have a concert in the Old Church Concert Hall.

InCity Worship proudly presents the musical talents of Lamont Williams, Brant Colella, and Alyssa Fitche, three artists who will lead us in music on this night. We want this event to be a celebration of our differences, our connectedness, and the interactions we all share on a daily basis by coming together and walking closer as a community.

We will join for one causea sense of acceptance and belonging. Just because we are separated geographically doesnt mean we cant assemble under the same roof for one night and feel bonded by Christ together. InCity Worship hopes to gather the Christian community for a reigniting of faith and fellowship. Lets get real and be present by putting away our mobile devices. Lets step out of our comfort zones, societal pressures, and hectic lives to take a breather.

Together, we can touch each others hearts and find an honesty in worshipping Christ that we have all developed an intuition to find.

Together, we can bridge the gaps in our faith.
Together, we can freely celebrate Jesus Christ as our God through worship and praise.
Together, we can remember Gods goodness in our city.
Together, we can be changed.
