Join us for a prix fixe menu featuring beautiful local winter produce, especially beets, to signify the deeply rooted love and red hot passion you have for your significant other. For those of you less enthusiastic about Valentines Day, it will be just as delicious. Order seats ahead of
time on brown paper tickets.

local sunchoke and cashew cream soup, garnished with pickled sunchokes

local beet tartare with sous vide egg yolk, champagne vinaigrette, fresh tarragon and chervil oil, sesame crisp

ash coated lamb shank torchon, 5 hour local rainbow carrot, carrot puree, fresh herb salad
