Sycamore Wine vs. Beer Dinner
We will have 4 different wines from Charles Smith Wines of Walla Walla, Washington. We will have 4 different beers from North Coast Brewing of Fort Bragg, California. Chef Mike will create a 4 course menu, and each course will be paired with 1 wine and 1 beer. The point will be to have a great dinner with some excellent wine and beer, and while we are at it we will be able to discover which pairings work best, for us. When the menu is created, and the pairings decided, they will be posted on Facebook.
