Hopleaf/ThreeFloyds WHOLE COW
We will be cooking a whole pasture-raised cow over an open fire on our patio, and serving up the beef and side dishes buffet-style as they come off of the grill. Plenty of yummy sides and lots of Three Floyds beers, including: Zombie Dust, Jinx Proof, Robert the Bruce, and Alpha Klaus. Chefs are Cleetus Freeman (City Provisions), Martin Wallner, Ray Stanis (Nellcote) nd of course Hopleaf's own Ben Sheagren. $80 includes all you can eat and Three Floyds to drink.
