Sewing S.O.S.: Zippers
Want to make that dress pattern but are too intimidated by zippers? In this 2-hour workshop you will learn how to differentiate between zipper types, the best techniques for installing them and the correct presser feet to use, as well as how to shorten them all through hands-on practice. Then, utilize your new skills in making a pretty and practical zippered pouch!
Machine and tools provided. All materials are supplied and included in the class cost!
Skills required: Novice (You can thread a machine, wind a bobbin, sew straight and curved stitches and have completed a few previous projects.)
Class length: 2 hours
Class date: Wednesday 12/19 from 7-9pm
