The Kimono Robe
Make a gorgeous kimono-style robe and sash from our extensive selection of satins and silks. Learn how to successfully set in sleeves, work with slippery and "unforgiving" fabrics, and use french seams as a way of finishing.
Machine and tools are provided. As always all materials are supplied and included in the class cost!
Skills required: Novice (You can thread a machine, wind a bobbin, and execute straight and curved stitches and have completed a few previous projects.)
Class length: 3 weeks, 2 hours/class
Class sessions:
Thursdays 7:30-9:30pm; 11/8, 11/15, 11/29
or
Fridays 6-8pm; 11/30, 12/7, 12/14
