A Christmas Carol at St. Paul's Runnymede Church
This December, gather with friends and family as five actors bring the timeless tale of greed, ghosts, salvation, and hope to life.
5 Actors. 30+ characters. 1 Trunk. Masks. Music. Puppets.
Humber River Shakespeare is proud to bring back their popular production.
With Victorian costumes designed by the award winning Nina Okens, and an antique trunk of story-telling treasures, the actors bring you from Scrooge's cold bedroom, to Fezziwig's joyful party, the Cratchit's meager table, and to the brightness of a Christmas morning fresh with snow. A heart-warming event for Tiny Tims and Scrooges alike!
Now in its fifth season of production, the company offers professional and accessible theatre year-round to communities in the Humber Watershed and beyond from touring Shakespeare-in-the-Park in the summer, to innovative and original Canadian works in unique spaces in the fall, school tours and A Christmas Carol in the winter.
