Belly Up BBQ Master's Grilling Class at The Local Pig
Join local BBQ Chef Craig Adcock - owner of Belly Up BBQ and Jude's Rum Cakes - at the Local Pig for a very special event.
This will be a 2 - part afternoon of butchering and cooking. Participants will watch a whole lamb be broken down and made into lamb merguez .
Then Craig will take over and make his famous Paella on the grill with the merguez.
And we'll burn a couple of bone-in dry-aged Ribeye steaks. Participants are welcome to BYOB.
