HABC & SDC Cassoulet Dinner
OK Chicagoans, it's time to channel your inner Provençal spirit and dive into another year of Cassoulet dinners at Half Acre from Sunday Night Dinner Club.
SDC will cook up a batch of their legendary cassoulet with Garlic Sausage, Duck Confit, Leg of Lamb, Slab Bacon, Duck Fat Bread Crumbs and Dijon Mustard and Half Acre will cover the beer.
We'll end the night with a luscious Chocolate Mousse with Housemade Honeycomb Toffee and Salted Honey Whipped Cream.
Tickets include four 10 ounce pours of Half Acre beers.
Please email us beforehand if you have any dietary restrictions or any allergies.
Side note: to accommodate the high demand for this dinner we will be seating 25 people at a communal table inside the actual brewery, where we have set up a new draft system. If you'd like to be seated there, please let us know at the door. Cheers.
