Mendocino County Museum Wine Heritage Luncheon
You are cordially invited to the Third Annual Wine Heritage Event, a celebration of the history of wine-making in Mendocino County. It is a fundraising program for the Mendocino County Museum to support its Wine History Project, which collects vintage agricultural and wine-making equipment, as well as archival materials, and records oral histories of grape-growers and vintners. This year, it is also the official introduction of a new book, Mendocino Roots & Ridges. The speakers at the luncheon will include author Heidi Cusick Dickerson and photographer Tom Liden. A wonderful catered lunch will be served with a variety of Mendocino wines. A silent auction will offer wines grouped by chapter topics from the book, such as "Purely Pinot" and "So Italian". Tickets are $35 per adult in advance, and $40 the day of the event. It is strongly recommended that tickets be purchased in advance.
