The Dance and Yoga Movement Workshop
This event will be an all levels welcome workshop. A safe place for all to come together to share and grow as a community. Through the course of the workshop you will be taken though a guided yoga practice that will prepare you for a series of improvisation exercises that will encourage you to trust not only yourself but in others in this unique inspiring experience. Following class, there will be a reception with refreshments provided by Little Bliss Cakery and a speaker providing information on efforts being made in the fight against Human Trafficking.
