Pairings 101: Spanish Tapas
On September 13th, join the Cellardoor team for a 4-course, immersive pairing experience featuring Spanish Tapas by Chef Patrick Anderson of Churchill Events and Catering!
Chef Patrick will provide an inside look at the menu creation process with cooking demonstrations and practical tips for creating recipes with wine in mind.
Not only will you learn how to create your own food and wine pairings, but you'll be putting your knowledge to the test in real time as you pick the perfect wine for each course. Yes, you read that right. YOU pick the pairings.
Our Pairings 101 classes help you hone your tasting and pairings skills to give you the confidence to match wine with food at every meal.
Seats for this pairing are limited, so early reservations are recommended.

Spiced Marcona Almonds - Mahon cheese topped with membrillo
warm Spanish olives
2nd
Pan Con tomate (tomato bread) - Manchago Croquetas with Romesco sauce
3rd
Pimientos Padron (blistered Padron peppers), Pinchos Morunos
(Spanish pork skewers), Potatoes Brava
4th
Crema Catalana
This is a small plate pairing experience, with an emphasis on learning about pairing complimentary and contrasting flavors.
