Craft Brewers' Quality Workshop
With nine years'experience in Quality Assurance at Boulevard Brewing Co., we have offered our consulting expertise to midwest breweries. Now, we'll offer a 3-Hour workshop on the basics of setting up a QA program for small breweries. Sections will include yeast viability; detection of beer-spoiling bacteria, and sensory training.
