Inviting you to three, hour & a half long introductory level classes at The Syn Circus Studio in Vallejo! A downtown location with plenty of free parking... And you can ride the ferry if you are coming from SF! February Saturday's, the 11th, 18th, & 25th 1-2:30pm. Beginning with a grounding yoga/ pilates based warm-up, then working on a variety of aerial apparatus (Lyra, aerial hammock, & dance trapeze) we will learn basic skills, ways to link these new movements, and finally finding your own flow through guided improvisations!
