Shakespeare in the 'Burg-Two Gentlemen of Verona
Shakespeare in the 'Burg is a three-day theater festival in beautiful, historic Middleburg, VA. Shakespeare in the Square (New York City) will perform Two Gentlemen of Verona at 7:30 on April 1, at the Sheila Johnson Center for Performing Arts at the Hill School, 130 S. Madison Street in Middleburg. The acting company will also do readings of the winners of the annual one-act playwriting competition at a special bunch on Sunday, April 2, at 11 a.m., also at the Hill School. The company will hold acting and stagecraft workshops on Friday. Also on Friday, Nicolo Whimsey will present a special workshop for younger theater fans at the Parish House, Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 105 E. Washington Street in Middleburg.
