Perennial Sump Coffee Blending Tutorial
Perennial, one of the finest Mid-western breweries will join us in the Sour Room for a special Sunday class. We will pour and discuss the annual release of the world famous coffee beer Sump, paying particular attention to its blending method. This is an interactive coffee and beer-blending event. The founders of Perennial Brewing and Sump Coffee will present the class. In addition to the blending session we will pour amazing stouts and an excellent selection of the best Perennial has to offer.
